By accessing or using FreelanceProof ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FreelanceProof is a browser-based tool for generating professional PDF invoices and proposals. The Service processes all data locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to any documents you create.
3. Free and Pro Tiers
FreelanceProof offers a free tier with 3 PDF downloads per month. The Pro tier (paid) offers unlimited downloads, no watermark, and additional features. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, contact hello@freelanceproof.in within 30 days of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use FreelanceProof to generate legitimate business documents. You agree not to use the Service to create fraudulent documents, misrepresent your identity or business, or violate any applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
The FreelanceProof interface, templates, and source code are owned by FreelanceProof. The content you create using the Service (invoices, proposals) belongs entirely to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated documents will be legally binding or compliant with any specific jurisdiction's requirements. Consult a legal or financial professional for compliance advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
FreelanceProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
