Overview
FreelanceProof is a client-side PDF generation tool. Your invoice and proposal data is processed entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to or stored on any server operated by us.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data you enter into the invoice or proposal forms. This includes your name, email, business name, client details, pricing information, and any other content you enter.
Local Storage
FreelanceProof uses your browser's localStorage to remember your invoice number counter, selected template preference, and recent invoice history (up to 5 entries). This data exists only on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (page views, performance metrics). This data contains no personally identifiable information. We use this solely to improve the product.
Cookies
FreelanceProof does not use tracking cookies. Vercel may set minimal cookies required for analytics and infrastructure. We do not use advertising cookies.
Third-Party Services
We use Google Fonts for typography (fonts are loaded from Google's CDN). We use Vercel for hosting and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies.
Your Rights
Since we do not store any of your personal data on our servers, there is nothing to request deletion of. You can clear your local data at any time through your browser settings.
